Maintenance

• Garden Maintenance - $50 per hour (ex GST)
  • Our regular garden maintenance visits include weeding, pruning, treating of pests and diseases, fertilising and mulching. Tree pruning, new planting and garden upgrades are also available if required.
• Lawn Maintenance - $50 per hour (ex GST) for hand mowing and $55 per hour for ride on mowing
  • Our regular lawn maintenance visits include lawn cutting and edging. Lawn fertilisation, weed control, top dressing, aeration and slashing are available if required.
• Irrigation Maintenance – $50 per hour (ex GST)
  • System testing and repairs.
• Mechanical Sweeping – $70 per hour (ex GST)
  • Sweeping of carpark and other hardstand areas
• Please note the rates quoted are for regularly scheduled visits (weekly, fortnightly or 4 weekly).
• All the above maintenance services are available on an adhoc basis – different rates apply.
